The most important terms regarding sauna and wellness.

Herbal sauna

The temperature of a herbal sauna is between 40 and 45 °C; the humidity is between 60 and 65%. In a herbal sauna, a bowl containing fresh herbs in a water bath is sometimes located above the heater. Essences are slowly released from the herbs and the pleasant fragrance fills the sauna room.
