“My name is Ludmilla and in 2016 I started my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at EOS. A very open-minded team awaited me from the start, and when I went through the various departments I was able to gather a lot of impressions and knowledge that will be of great use to me in my current and future professional life.
In 2019 I successfully completed my apprenticeship and was taken on in financial accounting. Since then I have been working with my colleagues in a great team. My responsible and varied tasks give me a lot of pleasure, and the various further training opportunities give me the opportunity to develop my strengths at any time.

"Hello my name is Thomas. I can now look back on a period of employment of over 40 years. My time at EOS began in 1981 with an apprenticeship as a tool mechanic, which was followed by another 28 years in toolmaking.
Nine years ago in 2012, I was faced with a new challenge and have been working as a quality inspector in quality assurance ever since. In doing so, I check both products and components that are bought in and that are also produced in-house. This is where I can make the most of my strengths because the work is very diverse.
