Brine grotto

A brine grotto is a type of sauna that has a standard temperature of around 40 °C. The enormously high humidity of 100% in the brine grotto is particularly striking.

In most brine grottos there is a device that sprays finely atomized brine when activated. This brine promotes processes that are beneficial to health, especially in relation to breathing and blood circulation.
