Steam bath

The steam bath is quite similar to the sauna, but with a completely different climate: cooler and more humid. The temperatures in the sweat bath are between approx. 40 to 50 °C with a relative humidity of 100%.

In the steam bath the body is covered in a fine layer of water, the pores open and soak up an extra portion of moisture. In addition, the moist heat enhances blood circulation and the skin is cleaned and invigorated.

Furthermore, the hot steam has an extremely beneficial effect on respiratory diseases and rheumatic complaints.
