Laconium

Laconium i is part of the classic Roman thermal baths. Here the floor, walls and benches are heated at higher temperatures of approx. 60 °C with a humidity of approx. 15 - 20%.

A laconium is also known as a dry sweat room. In contrast to the tepidarium, the temperatures are significantly higher.
